VISA APPLICATIONS

• Passport valid for at least 12 months with two blank pages.

• A color scan of the passport information page.

• A recent photo with a blue background.

• Your hotel confirmation letter.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO INDONESIA

1. Please print out your E-Visa and bring along with you.

2. Complete the “All Indonesia” Arrival Digital Card:
Begin registration 3 days before arrival via https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or use the app from Apple Store / Play Store.

3. No other applications required — everything is integrated in the All Indonesia app.

4. After registering, a QR code will be generated. Save or print it and show to immigration officers upon arrival.

5. Outbound Ticket:
A confirmed return or onward ticket is required.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

1. Automatic immigration gate (Autogate). No stamp/sticker on your passport.

2. Immigration desk checkpoint. You will receive the immigration stamp.

ITK (E-STAY PERMIT)

• Contact Hiku at +62 819-4144-038 to receive the ITK.

• After arrival (with business visa), you will receive the ITK document.

• When departing or exiting Indonesia, you may need to show the ITK print-out at immigration.
